• Communication data — records of support requests, messages, and feedback you send us.

• To create, verify, and manage your account securely.
• To provide and maintain the platform — syncing NAVs, computing XIRR, and generating portfolio analytics.
• To personalise your portfolio dashboard and analytics for you and your family accounts.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and renewals.
• To communicate service updates, product changes, and respond to support and billing requests.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To analyse aggregate usage to improve features, performance, and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We process your information to perform the contract we have with you (providing the platform), to comply with legal obligations, to protect your vital interests, and to pursue our legitimate business interests — such as improving the service and keeping it secure — where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Your portfolio data remains strictly yours and is fully exportable from the platform at any time.

We regularly review our security practices and require our service providers to do the same. While no system is fully secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
