• Usage and device information — pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Communication data — records of support requests, messages, and feedback you send us.

• To create, verify, and manage your account, including ARN verification and the admin approval workflow.
• To provide and maintain the platform — syncing NAVs, computing XIRR, and generating portfolio analytics.
• To personalise the investor portal and dashboards for you and your clients.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions and renewals.
• To communicate service updates, product changes, and respond to support and billing requests.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To analyse aggregate usage to improve features, performance, and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We process your information to perform the contract we have with you (providing the platform), to comply with legal obligations, to protect your vital interests, and to pursue our legitimate business interests — such as improving the service and keeping it secure — where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where required, we obtain your consent before processing sensitive financial data.

We do not sell your personal data or your client book. We only share information in the following circumstances:

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to prevent abuse. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymise your personal data unless we are required to retain it by law. Your book of business remains yours and is fully exportable from the platform at any time.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. We regularly review our security practices and require our service providers to do the same. While no system is fully secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
