This Refund Policy applies to paid Money Parking subscriptions. We want you to be happy with the platform — if it isn't the right fit, here's how refunds and cancellations work.
Last updated · July 2026New accounts on paid plans start with a free trial of 14 days. During the trial you get full access to the features of your chosen plan. You are only charged after the trial ends and you choose to continue with a paid plan. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be charged.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
For annual plans cancelled within the 14-day window, we refund the unused portion of the subscription on a pro-rated basis. The pro-rated amount is calculated from the cancellation date to the end of the billing period, less any promotional discounts already applied. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

When your subscription ends, you can export your folios, transactions, and portfolio data before your access is closed. We retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and will honour export requests made within a reasonable period after cancellation.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and for material changes we will notify you by email. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
