Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Money Parking. Money Parking is designed for individual investors, family offices, and wealth owners tracking mutual fund portfolios. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in India and your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Accounts are created upon secure email and phone authentication.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@moneyparking.in of any unauthorised access to your account.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal or family wealth tracking purposes. You agree to use Money Parking only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

• You may use the service to track and sync folios, compute XIRR, and analyze portfolio allocations.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the service available to third parties without our written consent.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the portfolio data and statements you upload or import.
• You must ensure you have the proper authority to upload and manage folios on behalf of any family members included in your account.
• You are responsible for making your own investment decisions; all portfolio analytics, XIRR calculations, and reports provided are informational and educational only.

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malware, or content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorisation.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate any person or entity.

• Plans start with a free trial period or free tier as described on our website. You are charged only if you choose a paid plan.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period (monthly or annual).
• Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
• We may change plan pricing upon renewal with reasonable prior notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding amount is settled.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

Money Parking, including its software, design, branding, content, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted in these Terms, nothing grants you any right, title, or interest in the service. You retain all rights to your own portfolio data. We welcome feedback, and any suggestions you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You own and control the portfolio data you upload. We process that data to provide the service and will not share it except as described in our Privacy Policy. Your portfolio data remains strictly yours and is exportable on request.

The service may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including NAV feeds, payment gateways, and data sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Money Parking is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics such as XIRR and portfolio valuations will be accurate in all cases. We are not a registered investment adviser and do not provide investment advice; all analytics and reports are for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Parking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Certain jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Money Parking, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including claims relating to data you upload.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or applicable regulations, or if required by law. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends, and we will, at your request, provide an export of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Money Parking regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
